Candidate Should Have The Following Qualifications
Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years In Field Experience & Possess
- The ability to create repair orders for customers and be PC computer literate
- Good phone and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair
- Organizational skills for scheduling repair work and day to day job assignments
- Sales ability to “Up-Sell” additional repair services other then customer requested repairs
Candidate Should Have And Posses
- Critical thinking skills & have a problem solving mentality
- The ability to take direction from Management
- Have a team player mentality – work well with other Team Members, creating a mutually supportive climate in the work-place
- Have a goal oriented, achievement attitude
- Strong work ethic for both quality of work, productivity & attendance
